What renovation size does RD Con take on?
We take on full-home renovations, structural changes, extensions and detailed kitchen and bathroom work. Smaller single-room upgrades are considered case-by-case, depending on scope and location.
Can we live in the house during the renovation?
In some cases, yes — it depends on the scope and sequencing of works. We’ll discuss what’s practical for your project at the walkthrough stage and plan around your household where possible.
Do you coordinate approvals?
Yes. Rhyss coordinates council approvals, certifiers and any required documentation as part of the process, so you have one point of contact from scope through to handover.
How long does a renovation take?
Timeframes vary with scope, approvals and trade availability. We provide a realistic timeline during the scope and concept costing stage, before any contract is signed.
