Broadbeach Full-Home Renovation
Project brief
The owners wanted to keep their Broadbeach address but needed a home that worked for modern family life — more light, more height and an open connection between the kitchen, living and outdoor areas.
Scope
Demolition, structural framing and new external cladding, followed by a full interior renovation.
What RD Con delivered
RD Con took the project from demolition through to handover: stripping the existing structure back, reframing the home, installing new cladding and completing the full internal fit-out including the kitchen, bathrooms and living spaces.
Outcome
A crisp white two-storey home with a double-height living room, a timber-fluted island kitchen and a calm twin-vanity bathroom — all managed on site by Rhyss from first day to last.
