Project brief
The owners wanted a bright, year-round living space that connected the house to the pool and garden without feeling like a bolt-on.
Scope
Sunroom extension: new roof structure and metal roofing, timber-lined ceiling, full-height glazing, sliding doors and polished floor.
What RD Con delivered
RD Con built the extension from the slab up — roof structure and Colorbond roofing, a timber-lined ceiling, floor-to-ceiling glazing and sliding doors — and finished it with a polished floor and ceiling fans.
Outcome
A light-filled room that is now the most-used space in the house, with the pool and garden on three sides.
