Mermaid Waters Pool Deck & Landscaping
Project brief
The owners wanted their pool area to feel like a resort — clean rendered walls, a crisp white deck and finishes that would stand up to salt, sun and kids.
Scope
Engineered block walls with core fill, render and texture coat in Surf Mist, treated timber deck frame and eco decking installation.
What RD Con delivered
RD Con built the engineered block walls and core-filled them, rendered and texture-coated the walls in Surf Mist, then constructed a treated-timber deck frame and installed a composite eco deck around the pool.
Outcome
A bright, private pool deck that needs almost no upkeep — rendered walls, white eco decking and a mosaic-tiled pool that looks its best at golden hour.
