Scope
Full-home renovation including open-plan reconfiguration, bespoke joinery and a new alfresco entertaining deck.
What RD Con delivered
Removed dated internal walls to enhance flow and deliver a true open-plan layout. Installed bespoke joinery and countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. Oversaw the addition of a full-width alfresco deck with custom outdoor kitchen. Improved insulation and energy efficiency through new cladding and glazing systems.
Outcome
