Project brief
The canal frontage needed a finish that gave privacy from the water without blocking light or looking heavy.
Scope
Timber batten feature wall installation over a rendered retaining wall on the canal frontage.
What RD Con delivered
RD Con installed a run of vertical timber battens over the rendered retaining wall, set out at even spacing to keep the look consistent along the whole frontage.
Outcome
A warm, rhythmic timber screen that softens the waterfront edge and looks as good from the canal as it does from the house.
